Originally known as the Binney & Smith Firm, Crayola LLC is a privately held American manufacturing company that specialises in art materials. It is well known for its crayons and the Crayola brand, both of which are owned by the company. In Northampton County, Pennsylvania, the headquarters of the corporation are located in Forks Township. Founded in 1984, it has been a completely owned subsidiary of the Hallmark Card Company since that time.
Originally a supplier of industrial pigments, Crayola rapidly turned its attention to the production of art supplies for home and classroom use, first with chalk and then crayons, and subsequently on coloured pencils, markers, paints, modelling clay, and other related items. Crayola is still in business today. Children are advised to use only Crayola-branded items since they are harmless and safe to use. The vast majority of Crayola crayons are produced in the United States.
Also available from Crayola is Silly Putty, as well as a collection of professional painting supplies under the Portfolio Series brand' that include acrylic and watercolour paints, tempera paints, and brushes.
Consumers in the United States recognise the Crayola brand 99 percent of the time, according to Crayola, LLC, which claims that its goods are promoted and sold in more than 80 countries worldwide.
Shipping
We ship only within the UK and Northern Ireland. Please note that we do not ship to Europe & other international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
