How do I check my current status of my order from Maqio?

You can log into your account or you can click the link in your confirmation email. You will also get an email when your order has been dispatched with your tracking details.

What are the costs of shipping?

We offer three delivery services; you can see all the information these options including rates on our Delivery page.

How do I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to make any modifications or cancel an order please contact on contact@maqio.com an we do our very best to make the changes requested. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, we will not be able to make any modifications.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you via email with the tracking details.

Can I order from other countries other than the UK?

We currently offer domestic (UK) postal services only.
There are no services available for international delivery at present.

How do I keep up with the latest deals, discounts and news from Maqio?

We have a weekly newsletter with exclusive news, updates, deals and discounts; you can sign up and receive a discount code by using the on-page Newsletter pop-up.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

Unfortunately, you won’t have the option to select a specific delivery date when placing your order.
If we have received your order by 12pm, your order will be despatched the same day and will subject to the delivery timescales of our UK courier services.

How can I pay for an online order?

You can place your order from maqio.com using either your Credit/Debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Clearpay or Laybuy. You won’t be required to enter any payment details until you are about to finalise your order.

Do I need to set up an account?

No account setup is required to place your order. You can start adding items to your basket straightaway and proceed to checkout as a guest.

How do I set up an account?

Registration is quick and easy.
You can setup your account by selecting the person icon at the right top of the page. From there, you will need only your name, email address and a new password.

What is the best way to get in touch with customer service?

Our online-chat team is available from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
The online-chat service opens immediately when you visit the front-page.
Alternatively, you can send us an email direct at contact@maqio.com or call us on 0161 883 388. Our customer service team is based in the UK.
