You can visit your account page by selecting My Account from the top-right area of the front-page.
From there, you’ll be able to see all of your recent orders and the current status of those orders.
What are the costs of shipping?
We offer 3 delivery services provided by Royal Mail and the cost depends on the value of your order.
Standard delivery is free for orders over £20.00 by Amazon Shipping* and delivery will cost no more than £4.99. Full details on shipping services are available here.

How do I modify or cancel my order?
You can return your item for any reason within the first 30 days of receiving your order.

Our returns team will process your return on receipt and refund your original payment method.
If the item is faulty on arrival, we will cover the cost of the return shipping, otherwise you will have to cover the cost of the return shipping and we will refund your order on receipt.

All orders will be shipped the same day they are placed provided they are placed before 3pm Monday to Friday. Next-day services are available and standard delivery will take no more than 5 working days.
How do I track my order?
You’ll be sent a despatch confirmation email when your order is processed, giving you details on delivery address, timescale, total charge and tracking number.
Parcel tracking is available from the top of the front page. Simply enter your tracking number and hit ‘Track Now!’
Can I order from other countries other than the UK?
We currently offer domestic (UK) postal services only.
There are no services available for international delivery at present.
How can I get my order to arrive faster?
Once you proceed to checkout, you will be given the option to change the shipping method of your order. We offer standard, express and next-day services on all orders. The cost varies depending on the value of your order. You can view our full list of shipping rules here.

Can I request a specific delivery date?
Unfortunately, you won’t have the option to select a specific delivery date when placing your order.
If we have received your order by 3pm, your order will be despatched the same day and will subject to the delivery timescales of our courier services.
How can I pay for an online order?
You can place your order from maqio.com using either your Credit/Debit card or your PayPal account. You won’t be required to enter any payment details until you are about to finalise your order.
Do I need to set up an account?
No account setup is required to place your order. You can start adding items to your basket straightaway and proceed to checkout as a guest.
