Click & Collect
Click & collect only items are subject to a £20 non-refundable deposit. Please contact us on 0161 883 3388 to arrange for collection and be ready to provide the registration number of the vehicle that will be used to collect the order. Any information requested during the booking process will only be used for the collection. This information will only be shared with a third party in the event of a dispute. Information on the package dimensions and weight is on each product’s webpage. Please ensure your order can be transported in your vehicle according to government regulations. We do not offer assembly or installation services. Collections are available between 9:00am and 4:00pm excluding weekends and bank holidays. Orders must be collected within 5 working days after being placed. When you arrive for the collection please come to our front office where you will be asked to present the order confirmation email and directed to the collection area for your order. If you miss your arranged collection slot, we will keep your order for 48 hours from the end of that time slot. We will reach out to ask you if you are able to pick up your items within this 48-hour period. If you are unable to collect your items, your order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued—excluding the non-refundable deposit—within 14 days.
