Moshi Monsters was a British web browser massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) geared towards children aged 6œ12 that has over 80 million registered players in 150 countries across the globe. Users could pick from one of six virtual pet monsters (Katsuma, Poppet, Furi, Zommer, Luvli, and Diavlo) that they could construct, name, and care for. They could even breed their virtual pet monsters. Once their pet had been personalised, players may make their way through Monstro City, complete daily puzzle tasks to earn 'Rox' (virtual money), play games, decorate their room, and connect with other users in a secure atmosphere, although this has been called into question.

The game's servers were formally shut down on December 13, 2019, owing to the game's reliance on Adobe Flash Player, which reached the end of its support on December 31, 2020.

Children's bedtime tales and guided mindfulness meditations are available in the Moshi smartphone application, which is maintained by Mind Candy as an active use of the "Moshi" intellectual property.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
