In honour of the 35th anniversary of Sylvanian Families throughout the world, we are thrilled to announce the return of one of our most beloved families! The stunning black and white Friesian cows that make up the Buttercup family were first introduced in the United States in the year 2010, having been developed initially for the Sylvanian Families series sold in the United Kingdom.
Daisy Buttercup is an extremely nosy person who loves to look around and observe everything that's going on. She will approach people that she observes walking or shopping in order to inquire about what they are doing and strike up a conversation with them.
Paddock Buttercup is always bouncing about, running, skipping, and leaping all over the place; he simply can't seem to be still for very long. Because he has so much pent-up energy, Paddock is extremely successful at the game of "catch" that is played on the playground, but he is at a disadvantage when the other children play a game of "hide and seek."
Annabell Buttercup is not someone who enjoys doing things in a hurry. She walks in a manner that is both languid and elegant, and I have never seen her sprint or even jog. It takes her several hours each morning to get herself ready for school.

We ship only within the UK and Northern Ireland. Please note that we do not ship to Europe & other international destinations.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
